This is why we endeavour to do our best to help you and your baby. Our aim is to ensure contact with your midwives and other specialists in the practice is both professional and pleasant. Contact our complaints officer<\/h2>\n<p>If a meeting to discuss the complaint is not possible, or if the meeting does not solve the problem, or you need help to submit a complaint \u2013 contact our\u00a0<span class=\"il\">CBKZ<\/span>\u00a0(Centraal Bureau Klachtenmanagement in de Zorg) complaints officer. He or she is impartial, works independently and can advise and support you. The complaints officer will also help by acting as a mediator and where possible finding a mutual solution. Everything you discuss with the complaints officer is confidential.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<span class=\"il\">CBKZ<\/span>\u00a0external complaints officer is available Monday to Friday (from 09.00 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 16.30) via 088 \u2013 0245123.
